We have a very active men’s ministry at CCC! Here are some highlights:

Annual Men’s Retreat:
Each Fall we have a full weekend retreat. This is always great event! Our retreat includes terrific friendship, hot music, inspiring teaching, good food, a beautiful setting and lots of laughs! In 2006 we had 50+ men attend a wonderful weekend together. Our 2007 men’s retreat is set for October 19-21 at the Camp of the Cascades.

Men’s Adventure Events:
We are just beginning a new dimension to our men’s ministry that will involve special “Adventure Events”. These are designed to give men unique opportunities to be together while enjoying various special adventures. Our first Adventure event was a "Surf Camp" in June of 2005. We also had a snow hike day in February of 2006 and a river rafting trip in June 0f 2006. More adventure events in 2007 will be coming!

Community Groups:
Our men’s community groups are the backbone of our men’s ministry at CCC. We almost always have a variety of options for guys to be part of a weekly or bi-weekly gathering with other guys in our church. These groups usually have 4-8 men and will involve study, discussion, sharing and prayer.

Cornerstone:
We schedule 2-3 special men’s gatherings each year. These typically involve a time of worship, teaching and discussion groups. Sometimes our “Cornerstone” events focus on a special activity such as a hike, golf tournament or service project.
